Cancellation Policy

If you miss your appointment and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. If you do not provide any notice prior to missing your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged. Our cancellation policy is in place to provide a predictable livelihood for our artists.

Service Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction matters at BossArts. If you’re unsatisfied with your service, let us know within 14 days of your appointment. We offer complimentary adjustments, except when there are changes to the service plan, in which case a nominal fee may apply. Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all retail and Aveda product purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will refund the original form of payment or exchange the item(s) for another retail item. Items returned over 30 days from purchase are eligible for exchange or in-store credit in the form of a BossArts gift card. All gift cards issued, received, or purchased are non-refundable.
