cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a payment equal to 50% of the scheduled services before a new appointment can be booked.
In the event of a missed appointment without notice, the full cost of the missed services must be paid before future bookings can be made.
